| Hi, recent subscriber! As a recent email subscriber to my blog titled Lingering In The Oasis, I’d like to give you a warm welcome! You are now considered to be an FO… Friend in the Oasis. I know, you’re asking what does that mean and is it really all that special? Yes! Here’s three reasons: First it is very special to me because you have taken an interest for some reason or another in my attempt to bring devotions, music and God’s word to you and others. For that reason alone I say a BIG THANK YOU! Second, as an FO, I hope to make this interesting enough that you feel special. To do that, I plan on getting your input for future blogs by having YOU choose a particular word or photo from a selection I offer. Third, which is the most important reason, is that I believe in the power of prayer. I have added each of you to my personal prayer list. I believe in being specific (when able) in bringing our prayers and petitions to the Lord. If I can join you in prayer for anything specifically or not, then I would gladly agree to do that. If you share anything, I promise and will assure you it will remain confidential. “I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you.
